Available shipping methods are displayed automatically during checkout based on your delivery destination and the selected products.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • In-stock products: delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days.
  • Special-order or manufacturer-supplied products: delivery times may vary. If a longer lead time applies, we will inform you as soon as possible.

DPD Parcel Lockers

DPD parcel locker delivery is available, where supported by DPD, in Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain.

Parcel locker delivery is available only for shipments that comply with the applicable DPD size and weight limits.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Some products cannot be shipped under standard delivery conditions due to their size or weight and may require pallet transport.

This may include roof top tents, winches, bumpers, roof racks, side steps, long suspension components and other oversized or heavy products.

An additional shipping charge may apply to oversized or heavy items, regardless of the total order value.

If an additional shipping charge cannot be calculated automatically during checkout, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery destination, selected shipping method, parcel size and weight.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment online.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT and customs clearance fees required by the destination country's authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.
