Delivery options
"Auto Adventure provides free delivery for purchases over 100 Eur!*
Packages with goods in our Latvian warehouse are usually shipped the same or next working day after payment is received. Goods that are in the European warehouses of the manufacturers we represent can usually be delivered within 7-14 days. However, for goods travelling from manufacturers' factories on order, we will inform each customer individually. If we are not satisfied with the delivery time, we will refund the purchase price without reservation.
When you pay for your order, you have several options to choose from - pick up in our store, from one of DPD Latvia or Omniva's parcel machines (if the item is not in the parcel compartment, this option will not be available at checkout) or collect by courier. Whichever delivery option you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
The delivery charge includes handling and packaging fees as well as delivery service charges. We recommend grouping several items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each. "Auto Adventure is not responsible for the risk of damage during transit, but special care is taken to protect fragile items during packing.
The boxes are large enough and the goods are well protected.
*For certain items with non-standard dimensions and weights, free delivery is not possible.
